Here at Elliott Parker Management, we specialise in TV, film, theatre, commercial, and modelling work. The close working relationship between our children and their parents allows us to carefully select which opportunities we believe our clients are suitable for. As with any agency, there is no guarantee for work, however, our meticulous selection process gives us an insight into the talents of each individual, enabling us to choose the work opportunities we strongly believe they will excel in. Castings can happen at any location around the country and clients must flexible with times, locations and must be willing to travel. It is common practice for casting directors to supply audition information at short notice, this includes confirming attendance the evening before an audition is due to take place. The audition process can vary greatly dependant on the job; sometimes auditions last one day, other times the process can last several weeks. Please be mindful that auditions and professional work can take place during school time, therefore parents must be happy for their children to have alternate education.

Elliott Parker Management is a registered Spotlight agency and all clients must have an active Spotlight profile; this enables our team to showcase our clients to casting directors, including exclusive Spotlight only castings. A Spotlight page costs £98 per year and must be renewed every year while under our representation. Upon acceptance into our agency, clients must have high quality headshots for their Spotlight accounts and to promote to independent directors and producers. Elliott Parker Management clients must use our recommended award-winning photographer, Elizabeth G Photography, for their headshots and more details, including the cost of this, will be given upon signing.
Management
Elliott Parker Management do not charge registration fees; however, we receive commission on any paid work. We are a sole agent and whilst under the representation of Elliott Parker Management, clients must not be represented by any other agency.
